Initiated by Agropole and supported by several local companies, Agrolab is the first collective initiative in Lot-et-Garonne responding to recruitment difficulties and skills development in the agri-food sector in the department.

STRENGTHENING A TERRITORIAL COLLECTIVE “EMPLOYER BRAND”
Here, Agro smiles at you, it is an employer brand supported by a dozen companies in Lot-et-Garonne with the aim of highlighting the diversity of opportunities offered by the agri-food sector and creating a feeling of belonging and pride for employees.
PROMOTE AND STRENGTHEN ACCESS TO AGRI-FOOD JOBS
In order to highlight the diversity of possible careers in the agri-food industry and allow companies and candidates to meet, numerous new systems and tools are deployed: creation of a recruitment platform dedicated to the agri-food industry, events events aimed at the general public, awareness campaigns, etc.
POSITIONING AGRI-FOOD IN THE SECTORS OF THE FUTURE
Co-build an innovative training offer in order to promote the opportunities offered by the agri-food industry via Business and Serious Games, attractive and fun educational kits, the creation of professional standards, etc.
